bring them to the chief before a company practice. As your paperwork is being
processed you will receive a physical exam form and a list of approved
physicians that are accepted by the county's workers compensation and
self-insurance plan. Make an appointment with a physician from the list,
indicating that it is for a firefighter's physical. Take the exam form with you
for the doctor to complete. The doctor with send the form in and bill the
county directly. This is required by Allegany County.
Once these steps are complete your name will be brought to the membership for a
vote.
